What we collect

Two things, and only when you give them to us.

• From the revenue quiz: your mobile number, and the answers you gave: your trade, your market and service radius, your average job value, your crew capacity, and what your advertising currently produces. We do not ask for your name or your email.
• From the contact form: your name, company, mobile number, email, city, trade, and the day and time you asked for.

We also record how you arrived: the advertising click identifier, campaign tags, and the referring page, where your browser supplies them. That tells us which advertising brought you and nothing about you personally.

What we do with it

Your number is used to send you the result you asked for and to follow up about working together. Your answers are used to produce the projection you saw and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box, we send one message with your numbers, and we reply if you write back. Reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again. Messages are delivered through Twilio, who process them on our behalf.

Who else handles it

• Render: hosting for this site and our systems.
• Neon: the database your record is stored in.
• Twilio: text message delivery.
• Resend: email notifications to our own team.
• Meta: where our advertising runs, and which tells us that a click became an enquiry.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about working together, and afterwards while we may still be in touch. Ask us to delete your record and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.
