Privacy Policy

BlueSystm LLC (“BlueSystm,” “we,” “us”) is an advertising management agency. We plan, run and optimize paid advertising campaigns for home service businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bluesystm.com and in the course of our business, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who This Policy Covers
- Visitors to bluesystm.com.
- Prospects: business owners who use the ad budget calculator (quiz), book a call, or send an enquiry through bluesystm.com.
- Clients: businesses that purchase our services.
When we manage advertising for a Client, we may process information about that Client’s own customers on the Client’s instructions. That information is governed by the Client’s own privacy policy and by our agreement with the Client, not by this policy.
2. Information We Collect

3. This Website
bluesystm.com sets no tracking cookies and loads no analytics or advertising pixels. The only tracking data the site reads is the advertising click identifier, campaign tags and referring page that your browser supplies with the address. These tell us which advertisement brought you and nothing about you personally. The site serves its typeface from its own address, so no third party sees your visit for it.
4. Why We Use It
- To produce the ad budget projection you asked for on this site.
- To schedule, confirm and remind you of a call you booked with us, and to follow up about working together.
- To deliver the services purchased: building, running and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- To measure advertising performance and report results to Clients.
- To bill, collect payment, and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.
- To support Clients and respond to enquiries.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our quiz or on our booking form, BlueSystm LLC sends text messages to the mobile number you provided: your projection results, confirmation of the call you booked with the meeting link, and reminders before your call. We also reply if you write back. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Messages are delivered by Twilio on our behalf.
6. Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers who need it to deliver our services, and only for that purpose:

The sharing described above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
7. International Transfers
BlueSystm is a United States company. Our personnel and service providers may access information from outside the United States, including from Canada. Where we transfer information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards and on our service providers’ own transfer mechanisms.
8. How Long We Keep It
- Prospect enquiries: 24 months from our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Client account and billing records: for the life of the relationship and then as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally 7 years).
- SMS consent records: for as long as required to demonstrate consent under applicable law (generally 5 years).
- Aggregated, de-identified performance data: retained indefinitely; it no longer identifies anyone.
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, reputable third-party infrastructure and least-privilege access. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy, request correction, request deletion, opt out of marketing communications, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, write to admin@bluesystm.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor’s information has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where we hold your email address, communicated by email.
